Private Dining Room: Minimum spend required

• Available for up to 15 guests.
• Available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, all week.
• Deposit on booking (non-refundable, non-transferable): £100 for each session 12-4pm, 5-10pm. Min spend for each session: £800
• 3-course Set Menu starts at £55 ph: please pre-order in advance.
• £250 room hire applies for any breakfast session (7am-11am). Breakfast menu £29 per head. £250 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) required to confirm any breakfast booking.

Club Room: Minimum spend required

• Available for receptions of up to 50 guests.
• Available for lunch or evenings, Sunday to Thursday.
• Room hire: £500 for each session (12-4pm, 5-10pm). Min spend for each session £1,800
• Bowl food OR canapés must be ordered.
• £500 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) required to confirm booking.

Green Room: Minimum spend required

• Available for receptions of up to 50 guests, access to garden.
• Available for lunch, afternoons or evenings, all week.
• Room hire: £500 for each session (12-4pm, 2-5pm, 5-9pm). Min spend for each session £1,800
• Bowl food OR canapés must be ordered.
• £500 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) required to confirm booking.

Payment Terms:

• The agreed deposit is payable on booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. We require a valid credit card as security for payment when due.
• You can change your guest numbers up to 3 working days prior to your event (subject to minimum spend requirements). After this, you will be charged in full for the number of guests then selected. Additional guests may be added at our discretion, subject to menu choices and room capacity.
• You will be charged in full for all food orders on a late cancellation within 3 working days of your proposed date.
• Payment in full for your event is due on the date of your event, either with the card we hold against your booking or with your preferred alternative card, presented in person at the event. Payment against invoice may only be made where we have an ongoing working relationship with you, and in this case, is due within 10 days of your event.

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

While we love a good party, we do not host weddings at Southernhay House, unless your party is suitable for our Private Dining Room (fewer than 15 guests).

Children aged 8 and older are always welcome. Please note that we do not offer children’s menus; the cost will be as quoted for adults.
