Looking for a chic boutique hotel to hold a special celebration or party? Look no further:
Our Private Dining Room is available for up to 15 guests.
Available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, all week.
Room hire: £250 for each session of 7-11am, 12-4pm, 5-10pm.
Our Club Room is available for up to 25 guests seated, or a reception for up to 50.
Available for lunch or evenings, seated only (25 max) on Fridays and Saturdays.
Room hire: £500 for each session of 12-4pm, 5-10pm.
Our Green Room - with direct access to the garden - is available for receptions (it is not suitable for formal dining) of up to 50 guests.
Room hire: £350 for your afternoon party 2-5pm Sunday - Thursday. Not available in the evenings.
While we love a good party, we do not host weddings at SH, unless your party is suitable for our Private Dining Room (fewer than 15 guests).
Children aged 8 and older are always welcome at a private dining event. However, please note that we do not offer children’s menus. We will be pleased to adapt our seasonal menu, but the cost will be as quoted for adults.
Payment Terms: the room hire is payable as a non-refundable deposit on booking and we require a valid credit card as security for payment when due.
You are able to change your guest numbers up to 5 working days’ prior to your event (subject to minimum order requirements), after which you will be charged in full for the number of guests then selected. Additional guests may be added after this point at our discretion, subject to menu choices and room capacity. You will be charged in full for all food orders on a late cancellation within 5 working days of your proposed date.
Payment in full for your event is due on the date of your event, either with the card we hold against your booking or with your preferred alternative card, presented in person at the event. Payment against invoice may only be made where we have an on-going working relationship with you, and in this case is due within 15 days of your event.
All prices are quoted inclusive of vat.
